Wtf is going wrong

I have been training for Hyperteophy for 3 years and I am not really seeing results. Like I have been hitting 85kg bench for reps for 2 years but 90kg is way to heavy, I tried benching 2 times a week and I weigh everything and count every calorie and slowly gain weight but my bench and my chest won’t fucking grow. I have broken my collarbone twice on the same side I Duno if that effects it but man I hit 80kg 2 years ago what gives. Here’s my chest routine Monday – flat DB press, incline DB press, landmine press, cable chest raises and 4 sets of 8-12 Thursday – incline DB press, Bench, incline fly, decline press machine 4x 8-12
