Workout with or without program?

Hey, So whenever i’m hitting the gym, I never follow a specific program. I just use random maschines and kinda target all muscles. The reason I do this, is because the gym is usually filled up, and I sometimes can’t use specific maschines. Do you reccomend that I use a program instead? Can I still get bigger?
