Will one 10k run a week hurt my progress?

Im trying to gain muscle, I go to the gym 3 times a week and I’m seeing progres. The thing is, I would like to get one 10k run a week in because it makes me feel good, and keeps me in shape for my hiking hobby. It would be on one of the rest days, probably Saturday, which means it would be followed by another rest day (sunday) since I workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
