When do I continue the diet?

Yesterday and up until 3 o’clock in the morning I had made yesterday a cheat day. I was losing weight to quickly and I was spending time with friends and family, but where I ate super late do I try to eye ball the calories and factor them or just go back to my normally scheduled calories upon waking up?
