What does a training split look like for someone who trains 4x per week?

I feel 6x per week is not allowing my body to recover enough. i am 8 months post severe injury and had to get a metal implant in my arm i was doing: back + bi’s chest + tri’s legs + shoulders back+ bi’s chest + tri’s legs + shoulders rest how can i train less while still building muscle? thanks for any response
