What do you think of my recently completed workout?

Continuous cluster set 1. powercleanx5reps Overhead pressx8 followed immediately by prowler push for 30 meters. (Adding weight each set for 4 total) Then 2. deadliftx5 reps overheadpressx8 farmers walks 50 meters Adding weight for 4 total sets Finishing with 2 sets of back extensions to really make the lower back catch fire. Then a decent length of walk about to make it loosen back up. Note: the only way to get to move this freely around the usually crowded gym is go off peak. Then you can leave the rack and hit the prowler or farmer walks.
