What can I do to not get nauseous after exercising?

This was the reason why I stopped exercising last year. I just started exercising again today and the same thing happenned right after I finnished working out. I will give some details on what I did today: I had lunch at 12:30 and started exercising at 15:10 (or 3:10pm) because I thought it would be better if I waited a little longer because of digestion. I ate what I normally eat wich is: Rice, beans and any kind of meat. Today was pork. I did squats and pushups. I really want to know why this happens because I really feel like exercising but, when I do, this always happens.
