Volume per week

Hey everyone! so just recently ive been very curious if the amount of volume im doing is now enough. Ive been doing Coolcicada’s 6 Day PPL https://liftvault.com/programs/strength/coolcicada-ppl-spreadsheet/ for the last few months. Just to give an example, i target my chest 12 sets in total per week (3 sets of flat and incline, twice a week) and was wondering what everyones total volume is like for the week.
