Voicing concerns regarding my choices

Hello r/bodybuilding, I went to the gym last wednesday and decided to stop lifting for my light weight/more reps routine. Tbf, I had a trainer before who taught me this nonsensical routine I always wondered why are my gains so slow(thought for two years it’s because of my incompetent se asian genes, can you imagine lol) What I did last wednesday was find out my 1 repmax values the oldschool way and although the values are abysmal I do not care if you judge me. For a bodyweight of 190 lbs, Bench Press 150 lbs Deadlifts 250 lbs Squats 212.5 lbs Bicep curls 100 lbs Tricep curls 112.5 lbs So what seems to be the problem? I picked up the 5/3/1 as a template to build my workout routine on. 5 days every week divided into two heavyweight days(power days) and three normal retarded trainer light weight more reps routine. For the heavyweight, I am going with 60% of my repmax and lightweight should be 30% I guess? My form is not the best but it’s the only thing I am more proud of than my ancestors so this routine should be good imo. What do you think?
