Getting back into my workout after some time off. About 2 months in this was today’s workout. 1mile run warmup 11:35min deadlifts: Set 1: 135lbsx10 Set 2 225×8 Set 3 315×2 Set4 315 x 1 Set 5 225x 6 Set 6 135x 10fast. 3sets 5 each leg Step-ups with 2/25lb dumbbells Y shoulder presses. Legs feel nice 4hrs latter. Chest in 2 days.
