Training too much?

Hello. I’m a beginner and a complete noob and have been working out for 4 months. I’m worried that I’ve been overtraining for months and killing gains in the process. Here is my workout routine during my push day: Dumbell Incline Bench Press Dips Barbell Flat Bench Press Cable UCV Raise Dumbell Pause Bench Press High to Low Cable Crossovers Dumbell Shoulder Press Dumbell Lateral Raise Hanging Dumbell Lateral Raise Triceps Rope Overhead Extension Rope Pushdowns Straight Bar Pushdowns Dumbell Incline Kickbacks French Curl 14 exercises in total. Is it too much? In my routine, I try to hit each head of a muscle group with two exercises. I always thought more exercises = more volume, more volume= more gains. If I am overtraining, please do recommend the exercise I should get rid of the routine or recommend me a new one push day routine. Thanks!
