There seems to be a “Dip” in corner of my shoulder. Can this area be filled up by working out?

Like every other dude, I hope to achieve having broad shoulders, but i’ve noticed a “dip” in the corner of my shoulder, see attached picture. Is it possible to fill that area by working out (side laterals, shoulder press…etc) and achieve the right angle looking shoulder (Figure A in the link)? Or is this just how my frame is? if so, is there any fitness model, body builder with a similar frame I can reference to? Thank you in advance.
