Small bone frame due to malnutrition during puberty

I started bodybuilding in my late 17s, started going through puberty at 11 and was malnutrition weighing less than 100lbs until I started hitting the gym. My growth started going like crazy after eating 2k (potentially more) over maintenance (I was eating 1k) however I was an early bloomer and was never ashamed of being skinny up until when i started. Today im 18 and my puberty has already ended… I built lots of muscle from start to now 100llbs – 170lbs (around 40-50lb of lean mass) however my bone frame looks like a 12-year-olds and i recently got into learning more about anabolics, apparently it also increases my bone density thus potentially make my frame look bigger? If so thats something I’d like to look into does anyone have suggestions? My height is also 5″9 if anyone is wondering.
