Recommendations for weightlifting programs

Hey y’all, could be a dumb questions or something that has been asked here a lot. I would like to expand the lifts that i do at the gym but dont want to spend an hour researching each time before i go to the gym. I am willing to pay for a program like AthleneX, since that guy seems to know what he is talking about, but it’s $100 which seems kind of steep, not the end of the world but if there are as good or better programs for less…. Any recommendations for other all in one fitness programs i can buy or maybe even get for free where i dont have to research before each time at the gym? Thanks for your time and consideration
