Rate and fix my program

I noticed that the usual 6 days PPL, and even a 4-day split usually leaves me too exhausted after a while in the summer. So I want my training sessions not to be so overwhelming to hinder my recovery and make me dread the next session, but I still want enough volume and intensity to make gains. I just made this program in 15 minutes at work, realizing that it’s likely full of things that need to be adjusted, so I’d appreciate some feedback. FYI, this is not meant to be a five days in a row kind of split. I am planning on having two days off, one after day 3, and then another after day 5. So it would be something like: Monday – Day 1 Tuesday – Day 2 Wednesday – Day 3 Thursday – REST (some cardio) Friday – Day 4 Saturday – Day 5 Sunday – REST (some cardio) Also, some basic info on me: 30 yo male, 80kg (need to lose some fat still). I haven’t been training for the past 8 months due to Covid-19 measures in my country. The pandemic is now over, gyms have opened up, and I just started training again, but kinda aimlessly since I just wanted to lift.
