Need a solid 3 day full body workout routine!

To preface, I am 20 years old and 137 lbs so pretty skinny. I’ve worked out for half a year before covid lockdown so I lost a good amount of muscle. I am going back to the gym and needed a good workout routine for the days of Monday Wednesday and Saturday and want it to be full body splits and a hypertrophy program to gain serious muscle. I also understand working out is half the battle and I need to eat like a monster.
