My favourite way to train side delts. Its a fixed movement so no cheating using momentum, and you know you’ve reached full rom as it makes a sound at the top. I really feel it on my delts with this exercise and have noticed more growth than with dumbells. This is 60kg. 10kg per plate, 6 plates.
