Muscle cramps.

Hello guys, I just started going to gym 2 days ago, and I was trying the equipment for biceps, however when I try to use the bicep it’s kinda hard and most of the time it’s just like using the forearm, after I finish the training, I get muscle cramps at the forearms and a bit on the bicep ( the lower part of the bicep ). Is it normal to have muscle cramps on the forearm instead of the bicep or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. ( Btw I’m a 16 year old, 90KG, 180cm, the fat is spread all across the body not only the belly. )
