Monthly Mandatories

Hello and welcome to our new posing thread. These will be posted once a month and will give the community a chance to get critiqued on their bodybuilding poses. You may post any pose (or all of them) that youd like help with! Please keep in mind this is not Mirin Mondays. We are critiquing the pose, not the poser. On that note, please remember that bodybuilding (except MP) requires both your upper and lower body to be shown. Half a pose is useless, this thread is for practicing stage posing, not for instagram pics. Check out the previous threads if you need a reminder on how to perform them!
