Low bar or high bar

I would like to build massive quads but also build maximum strength so I do low bar squats,so are the low bar squats enough to build big quads since you can lift more weight so that why your quads might get the same stimulus as high bar or will high get me bigger quads and faster ( I train legs 3x a week and low bar 2x a week and front squat 1x a week I also do Bulgarians and leg presses)
