I’ve been toying with the idea of getting something to assist with my back work so I’m really pushing my back muscles beyond where my grip gives out. Having done a bit of research it would seem like hooks would be great as a quick set up. However no one in the YouTube fitness space seems to use them….at all…. Are hooks to good to be true? Am I better off getting straps?
