Let’s talk about eating oatmeal/ grits.

I’ve been doing the Ronnie Coleman breakfast of eggs and “cheese grits” but replaced it with oatmeal and I gotta say, it’s not that filling. Usually, I eat rice and bacon for breakfast and that would last me for the next 2-3 hours until lunch time comes by. But with this new breakfast, I don’t feel as “fueled up” as I’m used to. I feel lighter and I feel that my waistline has shrunk an inch ever since I transitioned into this new breakfast and I don’t like it. I don’t know why bodybuilders prefer eating this over white rice given that bodybuilders need huge amounts of calories to gain muscle. That’s it, just sharing my thoughts about it.
