Is this good routine for a total beginner ?

Hey, I’m just starting out, never been to gym before. I’m 16yo, 180cm tall and weight 86kg. Friend gave me this program, what do you think ? Upper – bench press 4×10 – lat pulldown 4×12 – overhead shoulder press 3×8 – machine row 4×10 – bicep curls 3×12 Lower – squat 4×12 – deadlift 2×6 – leg extensions 3×16 – lying hamstring curl 3×16 mon – upper tue – lower wed – rest thu – upper fri – lower sat/sun – rest
