Is there any app to track the progress of reps and training over time?

Let’s say I am going to gym 3 times a week and use some of the machines to exercise. It is hard to remember which machine or what weights used last time and how the weight or number of reps and so on has progressed. I looked for an app that has name or list of machines and I can just enter how many reps/sets and at what weight and the app track those over time. Any suggestions? ​ Thank you.
