Is 21% body fat too high for 16 weeks out competition?

Hey everyone! So I signed up for my first amateur competition it’s 16 weeks out. I had my dexa scan and I was 21% bf 178.4lbs lean muscle from 230lbs. So is 21% too high within the 16 week time frame? My maintenance calories Is 3500 I’m currently doing 3000-3200 the first two weeks (unless I don’t plateau) and then every 2-3 weeks gonna drop my calories down 200-300 each time until 2 weeks out I’m hoping to be at 2400-2600 calories. What do you guys think? Edit: also competition weight needs to be under or at 197 and I’m 5’9.5 ft tall. Also I’m on PEDS
