I haven’t had a pump in years

Hear me out here, I used to use a lot of nitric oxide and volumizing preworkouts in my younger years. Now I find it almost impossible to get a pump. Even with higher reps I don’t get a full on swollen feel in the muscle. What am I doing wrong? Edit: carb intake is generally over 100g per day.
