I feel like my bench is weak after almost a year lifting.

Hi everyone, so I have been lifting for just short of a year (started in January) and at the start of my lifting, my bench form was pretty terrible, and as such I hurt my rotator cuff. After I got that fixed, I have continued lifting but feel as though my progress after a year of lifting is pretty pathetic. I am 180cm, I weigh 83.7kg (184lbs) and my benches seem to be weak for my weight and amount of time lifting. I have never tried to one rep max, because I don’t lift with a spotter, but currently I can rep 90kg(190lb) 3×3, or 80kg(176lbs) 3×6. I eat enough, I stretch and do warmup sets, I also do incline and negative benches too, but I can’t seem to lift heavier. Is this normal as a noob lifter?
