Good exercises for lanky arms?

I have kinda lanky arms and working to build overall strength and definition. A lot of exercises I do end up putting too much pressure on the wrong parts. I’ve focused more on technique to avoid bad form, but even then if I do bicep exercises I notice I’m feeling it mostly only in my forearms, and when I try to target my triceps or even shoulders I feel it in my elbows more than any muscle. Are there any good exercises that are very good at specifically targeting the main muscles while limiting joint or forearm stress?
