Friends Workout Routine

My friend is telling me that the most optimal way to train is to do exactly 150 reps, no matter how fast, and that’s all he or anyone else needs for a good workout. Claims it’s “100% the best way to work out.” I don’t agree with this or follow this routine. I’m curious, what do y’all think about this?
