I only have free weights and a flat bench, very minimum but I’ve been able to grow pretty even without the cables or Incline bench. I just can’t get my upper chest because of lack of equipment. I’ve tried raises the dumbbell across the body and squeezing my upper chest but I’m not gaining anything other than a pump. Reverse grip bench? Decline push-ups?
