Effective leg workouts

What can I do to grow my legs effectively? My typical leg day consists of 3 sets of 15 squat reps, 15 leg press reps, 15 leg extension reps, and 40 calf raises. I want to transform my legs, I know it has somewhat to do with genetics but I have relatively skinny legs. What has worked for you?
