chest growth paused since january

not entirely sure if this is the correct place to post but i’m desperate. basically what the title says, i’ve worked out consistently since then (half being push pull legs and the other being chest back, arms, legs) with the chest part of that being worked out twice a week. i have good form on all my lifts, but i think i lack a good mind muscle connection. i’ll attach this months chest back day for example. 3×7 bench press 3×8 wide grip pull up (plus two negatives) spst. push-ups 4×10 close grip bench 3×12 single arm row 4×10 db press spst. pinch press 3×8-10 chin-ups spst. lat pulldown 4×10 db incline press spst. db rows the only thing that may be wrong with what i do is that the workout might be too long, but i don’t feel overworked by the end. thanks for reading everything and i’m open to criticism to how i build my workouts.
