Cant loss weight

Im 6’0 and ive been stuck at 230 pounds for almost two months. Im a 23 year old male. Ive been exercising off and on for years now but I got really serious about it 2 months ago. I do strength training 3 days a week and cardio almost daily. I calculate every calorie and weigh all my food and i eat between 1500-1900 calories a day and i’ve been doing this for almost 2 months but I haven’t lost any weight. Ive gone up a little in reps but not by much so im not sure if im gaining muscle or not. I don’t understand what im doing wrong.
