Can’t flex right anterior delt anymore?

Hey guys, So as the title suggests, I cant flex my anterior delt on my right side anymore. I’ve been bodybuilding/lifting for 13+ years and have never had this happen to me. So I unexpectedly was punched last week by a drunk friend on my shoulder (it stung and hurt to stretch for a few days), and I thought nothing of it… fast forward to my next workout and I notice my right shoulder fatigues much faster than my left during any type of press. Soon after, I notice I can’t even flex the damn anterior delt?? My left side anterior delt flexes/hardens if I do a weighted (or non weighted) raise, but my right side stays soft like it’s literally relaxed. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Thanks!
