Bodyweight calisthenics + free weights vs full blown 6-day gym workout (with isolation exercises)??

Hi guys. I’ve recently become a fan of more natural movements when it comes to bodybuilding. I feel that it provides a more functional approach towards daily activities as well as sports. But i wonder, can one achieve the same level of hypertrophy with a combo of free weights with primary focus on calisthenics as compared to a full blown 6-day gym program? I’m currently 160 lbs, 5’7 male.
