ill get to the point I’m training hard enough I do 3sets and 12reps for 2 mins on an exercise so I get 12 then 12, then 12 again It sounds like I need to up the weight ill do that but still get the same reps 12,12,12 if I do for 1 min the reps go down but my body is fatigue what am I doing wrong?
