Best workout program for beginners that want strength and size with aesthetics

Hi, I am a beginner in lifting and my goal is to gain strength, muscle, and mass with an aesthetic body (this can come later if I need to focus on strength and mass). 24M, 139lbs, 5’9, a little skinny fat I’ve been to the gym on and off last 3 years ago doing bro splits which I do not have progress in anything since I did not take it seriously and my diet was poor. Stopped going for 2 years. However, I do learn the forms of some lifts like squats and benchpress. I have been reading up and I came across ICF5x5, SL5x5, and GZCLP. Which program is more suited for me? Thank you!
