Best and Fastest Mass Gain Workout

I know I will probably get alot of hate for this post but whatever. I have about 30-40 mins in the morning to workout. I’m looking to put on size. I’m looking for recommendations on a workout routine that would be effective. Again time is a huge constraint for me right now. I work two 40 hour per week jobs and I have a 9 month old…..so I am stretched really thin. I have a barbell with weights, squat rack, dip bar and pullup bar. Thanks
