Been outta the lifting game for awhile, tryna get back in

So I’m around 270lbs, 6’1. I used to play D1 college football at a major power 5 and haven’t lifted in a year or so and put on a couple pounds. My big lifts (squat dead bench) have each gone down about 20 lbs or so. My dead is down to 200lbs, squat down to 180lbs, and bench down to 160lbs. Bent over row is still the same around 320 lbs. I know these numbers are still pretty damn good but do you think with training 3-4 days a week I can get it back to my prime levels? Thanks.
