Arnold Mass Phase 1

I’m running Arnold mass for the second time right now. I did day 1 yesterday (chest/back/abs) and it went really well, but I didn’t feel my back working as much as compared to the chest portion. I felt a huge takeover from my front delts. Has anyone else experienced this while running this? Or is there any way to reduce front delt recruitment in row-type movements?
