Are phylates in oats, lentils & beans significant?

I’ve been on a strict diet of mostly these foods plus meat, veg & eggs I’m wondering if I should avoid over eating oats, lentils in particular. They’re really handy for work travelling so I do go on sprees of eating a lot of those foods. I ask because I’ve been feeling pretty low energy lately and wondering if my diet is messing my zinc, magnesium, iron absorption rates at all If anyone has any knowledge on phylates 🙂
