So I started to do proper squatting last February and currently I have ripped 6 different panties. Some of them where elastical and close to my skin while other where a bit more loose but longer. This went so far that I even ripped fresh XL underwear (even though my average size is S) while doing squats. I swear I don’t even have huge legs or a thick butt. Is there any solution to my problem?
