Any Split Recommendations?

I’ve been training for a while with push, pull, legs/shoulders mainly for hypertrophy but I find it too hard to hit shoulders after legs. I thought of moving shoulders to its own day and having a 8 day cycle but I’ve heard negatively about this. Any recommendations?
