I work out every other day. I’ve been doing this for about 6 months I’m 16 at 145 pounds Today I did 1.bench 5×5 2.squat 5×5 3.Pull up 4 sets of as many as I could do 4. military press 3×10 5.barbell curl 3×10 6. bunch of core exercises 7.neck curl 8. neck extension The day after tomorrow I’ll do deadlift 3×10 2.Pendlay wow 5×5 Incline bench press 5×5 4.lateral dumbbell raise.3×10 5.core exercises 6.neck curl 7.neck extension Then after that I’ll just do what I did today. I feel like I’m doing to much. Any recommendations on a schedule change? I love lifting and I want to make sure I’m going to my pull potentiometer. Thanks!
