About apple watch workout tracks.

Hello everyone, i recently bought apple watch. Which workout type do you use for bodybuilding ? Im using “ Strenght workout “ for now. But i think it counts spending too much calories. For example my thoughts; doing bicepscurl and legg press workouts couldnt make the same calorie burning. I just cant figure it out how it works
