6 Day to 5 day split.

Hey everyone. M26, 5’8, 171 pounds. Been training a while with a 6 day PPL split being my go to for some time now. Little tired of being in the gym 6 days a week, and work is a little busy now. Just curious if I’ll be giving up lots of potential growth switching to a 5 day upper/lower/ppl type thing with 2 rest days a week.
