13 weeks out of first natural CP and MP comp Currently on a PPL schedule with 2-3 legdays (hamstring and calves focused) since they are my weakpoints. Low carb diet where I carbcycle every fifth day aswell as cardio 4 times a week at a ~300kcal deficit. 5’11 AND A HALF 😂. 180lbs at around 12-14%BF
